To create, maintain, and operate your slovip Account, including authentication, session management, and account settings.
To provide access to the Platform's gaming services, process wagers and game outcomes, and deliver the full range of slovip features to you as a registered player.
To process deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other accepted payment methods; to verify payment method ownership; and to maintain complete and accurate financial records.
To verify your identity and age (21+ requirement) in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations and applicable anti-money laundering legislation. KYC data is processed as required by law and retained for the duration specified in Section 10.
To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, money laundering, account takeover attempts, and other prohibited conduct on the Platform, including the enforcement of the one-account-per-person policy.
To implement and enforce responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, self-exclusion periods, and cooling-off intervals, and to identify players who may be showing signs of problem gambling in order to provide appropriate interventions.

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in harm to affected players, slovip will notify the NPC and affected individuals in accordance with the Data Privacy Act's breach notification requirements.

The slovip Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, consistent with Philippine laws governing online gambling. slovip does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
Age verification is conducted as a mandatory step in the account registration and KYC processes. Where slovip discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21, such data will be immediately deleted and the relevant Account will be closed. Any funds associated with an underage Account will be returned to the payment source where technically and legally feasible.

The slovip Platform's primary data infrastructure is located within the Philippines. Where personal data is processed by third-party service providers whose servers are located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud hosting providers or game technology partners — slovip ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act.
Such safeguards include contractual data processing agreements that impose data protection obligations no less protective than those required by Philippine law, and technical measures ensuring that data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard protocols.
The slovip Platform may contain links to third-party services, including payment gateways such as GCash and PayMaya. When you navigate to a third-party service, you leave the slovip Platform and your interaction becomes subject to that service's own privacy policy and terms of use.
slovip is not responsible for the privacy practices, data handling, or content of third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with through the payment or authentication process.
slovip sends promotional emails, SMS messages, and in-platform notifications about bonuses, new games, tournaments, and special offers only to players who have affirmatively opted in to receive marketing communications during registration or through the Account settings panel.
You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by:

slovip reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, or our data processing practices. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect the rights of players or the manner in which we process personal data — slovip will provide at least fourteen (14) days' prior notice via email to the registered Account address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
The effective date at the top of this Policy reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of and agreement to the revised Policy.
slovip operates in full compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. slovip has appointed a designated Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing compliance with the DPA and serving as the primary point of contact for data privacy matters.
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in harm to the affected players, slovip will notify the NPC within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with the NPC's breach notification requirements. Affected players will be individually notified where the breach poses a high risk to their rights and interests.
Your rights under the Data Privacy Act are real and enforceable. If you believe slovip has handled your personal data in a manner inconsistent with this Policy or the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to lodge a formal complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
