Key Principles of the slovip User Agreement
Access to slovip is restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older and physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. Mandatory identity verification applies to all accounts.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the slovip platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and termination of access without notice.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). slovip supports GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major card networks. Withdrawals require a fully verified account.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before withdrawal. Bonus terms are disclosed in full at the point of offer. Misuse of bonus funds constitutes a breach of these Terms.
slovip provides deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools as required under applicable regulations. Players are responsible for using these tools and for managing their gambling behavior in compliance with the law.
Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. slovip will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a player's failure to secure their account information.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
By accessing the slovip Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the slovip Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies published on the Platform from time to time.
Important: If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the slovip Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and slovip with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register for an Account or engage in any Real Money Play on the slovip Platform. This requirement is consistent with Philippine laws and regulations governing online gambling. slovip strictly enforces age verification as part of the account registration and KYC process.
Underage gambling is a criminal offence. Any individual who is under 21 years of age and who attempts to register or access the Platform may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities. All balances in underage accounts will be forfeited and returned to the payment source where feasible.
You represent and warrant that online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you are accessing the Platform at the time of each session. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not eligible to use the slovip Platform.
You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order, legal prohibition, or voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion program that would prevent you from legally participating in online gambling.
You warrant that you are acting on your own account and behalf at all times, and are not accessing or operating the Account on behalf of any third party. Proxy wagering, as well as the operation of an Account on behalf of another person, is strictly prohibited.
Each Player is permitted to maintain only one registered Account on the slovip Platform. slovip actively monitors for duplicate accounts using identity verification data, device fingerprinting, and payment method analysis. The maintenance of multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. slovip will not be liable for any losses, costs, or damages arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your Account credentials.
You must notify slovip immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials until such time as you report the unauthorized access to slovip's customer support team.
slovip is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable Philippine regulatory requirements. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal may be processed and may be required at any stage of the account lifecycle at slovip's discretion.
Players must provide, when requested, the following documents as part of the KYC process:
slovip reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account at any time, including requesting additional documentation relating to source of funds, employment status, or the origin of deposited funds, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
Note: Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is completed will be placed on hold until the verification process is satisfactorily concluded. slovip aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documentation.
slovip accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method, account verification status, and responsible gaming limits set by the Player.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to the Account Wallet in real time under normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business days depending on the processing schedules of the relevant financial institutions. slovip is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
You may only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered in the Player's name may be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
All transactions on the slovip Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). slovip does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any foreign currency received will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, with any resulting exchange costs borne by the Player.
Withdrawals may only be requested by Players whose Accounts have completed the KYC verification process. The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance in the Account Wallet, net of any locked Bonus Funds pending wagering requirements.
slovip aims to process withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts within 10 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers. Processing times are not guaranteed and may be extended due to enhanced due diligence reviews, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond slovip's reasonable control.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to available limits. Where this is not technically feasible, slovip will process the withdrawal to an alternative verified payment method registered in the Player's name.
In accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, slovip may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals of significant amounts or where unusual transaction patterns are identified. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where a Player's account is under investigation for suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.
All bonuses and promotions offered by slovip are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion, which are disclosed at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to an Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before any portion of the Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
slovip actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts; systematically exploiting bonus terms to generate guaranteed profit; using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements; and coordinating with other players to abuse promotion mechanics. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all Bonus Funds and derived winnings voided and may have their Account terminated without notice.
Note: slovip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are advised to review the current terms of any promotion before opting in.
Participation in the slovip VIP loyalty program is governed by the program terms applicable at the time of participation. slovip reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, point values, and associated benefits at any time. VIP status and accrued loyalty points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Each game available on the slovip Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before wagering. slovip is not liable for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
All game outcomes on the slovip Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently tested and certified by approved third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed for each game title in the game information panel.
In the event of a malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects game outcomes, all bets and winnings related to the affected game session may be voided at slovip's discretion. slovip will endeavor to restore the Account to the state prior to the malfunction where technically feasible.
If a Player experiences a disconnection during an active game session, the outcome of the game round will continue to be processed by the game server. The final outcome will be recorded in the transaction history and applied to the Account upon reconnection.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the slovip Platform:
Violation of any of the above prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable.

Where a Player has activated a Self-Exclusion on the slovip Platform, slovip will use all reasonable technical and operational measures to enforce the exclusion. Excluded players must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts, using alternative identities, or accessing the Platform via proxies or VPN services. Violation of a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.
All content on the slovip Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, audio, video, logos, trademarks, and written content, is the exclusive intellectual property of slovip or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without slovip's prior written consent.
slovip does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or secure basis at all times. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. slovip reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, slovip's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
slovip shall not be liable for: losses arising from gambling outcomes; loss of profits, data, or business opportunity; indirect, special, or consequential losses; technical failures caused by third-party payment processors or telecommunications providers; or any loss arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms.
slovip shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, telecommunications outages, cyberattacks, government-imposed restrictions, or other force majeure events.
slovip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that:
A Player may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting slovip's customer support team. Before processing an account closure, slovip will verify the identity of the requesting player and confirm the disposition of any outstanding Account balance. Real-money balances will be returned to verified payment methods after all wagering requirements are settled.
Upon Account termination, all Bonus Funds, loyalty points, and VIP status are forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player after deducting any amounts owed to slovip. Where termination results from a breach of these Terms, slovip reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.
slovip reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — slovip will provide at least fourteen (14) days' prior notice via email to the address registered on the Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.2 above.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 17 below.
The Platform is operated in alignment with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute or complaint relating to your Account, a game outcome, a financial transaction, or any other aspect of your experience on the slovip Platform, you must first submit a formal complaint to slovip's customer support team. Complaints can be submitted via the live chat facility on the Platform or by emailing the address listed in Section 18 below.
slovip will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours of receipt and will aim to provide a final substantive response within fourteen (14) days. Where a complaint requires extended investigation, slovip will provide interim progress updates at reasonable intervals.
Where a Player is not satisfied with slovip's final response to a complaint, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority. slovip will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation and comply with all directions issued by the competent authority.
Any formal complaint or claim arising in connection with these Terms must be submitted within ninety (90) days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Claims submitted outside this limitation period may not be accepted.
